Your Privacy is Important to Me
The information I collect during any of our coaching sessions will be treated as confidential with the following exceptions:
1) Your safety is of the utmost importance. If I know you or anyone in your immediate vicinity to be in danger, I will notify appropriate professionals to intervene in any hazardous circumstances. I am a health and fitness coach, and as such there are limits to the services I can provide, and I will act on my moral obligation to engage appropriate professionals for hazardous situations beyond my scope of practice.
2) You can enlist a team for your health and support! I am honored to be part of that team, and I will gladly share information from our coaching sessions with healthcare professionals or other individuals in your support circle (e.g. family, friends, counselors) whom you designate.
3) Sharing your success at your discretion. If you are happy with our results, and you consent to providing pictures or testimonials regarding the work we do together, I will proudly share your success story with the Knapp community through posts on the website and/or featuring you on other publications. Your consent will be sought before any of your story is shared.
Personal/Financial Information
Your personal details and payment information will be kept confidential and secure. Should any security issue come to my attention, you will be informed immediately. I will employ all best practices at my disposal to protect any sensitive information.
Your data are collected to assist in providing you with services and information and will not be sold to any third party.
