Scheduling Policy

Payment

Payments are due prior to or at time of service. Acceptable methods are cash, check, or credit card. 

Missed/Cancelled Appointments and Rescheduling

Missed appointments will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. A rescheduled appointments within 36 hours of the original appointment may be made with an additional $15 rescheduling fee. This fee may be avoided with 36 hours advanced notice of a client's need to reschedule and may be waived at the Service Provider's discretion. Failing to attend scheduled appointments will result in payment being required at time of scheduling for future appointments.

Cancelled appointments at the client's discretion within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment will be assessed a charge of $20. This fee may be waived at the Service Provider's discretion. There is no charge for appointments cancelled with 36 hours notice or more. If the Service Provider must cancel an appointment, there is no charge to the client, and all payments for that cancelled appointment will be refunded.

Service Provider may also require rescheduling on occasion. Should the Service Provider need to reschedule any appointment, all reasonable efforts will be made to do so at a time convenient for the client at the original rates for the scheduled service. If no reasonable rescheduling may be agreed upon within two weeks of the original appointment, a full refund for that appointment will be provided. Service Provider will make all reasonable efforts to inform clients of rescheduling needs in a timely manner.

Refunds

Outside of the instances described above, it is the policy of Knapp Health and Fitness that no refunds will be provided for services rendered. My time is valuable, as is yours, and I will provide valuable services and insights for any client in the time we spend together. Thank you for sharing mutual respect for the time, skills, and talents that are the basis for any coaching relationship.
